Please search or browse our inventory of hard to find and out-of-print books about American, European, Asian and related Fine and Decorative Arts. We have specialized in selling books about objects made or used in America from the 17th through the 21st centuries since 1995. Our inventory is large and ever-changing. Unlike the box stores, we provide a real person to speak with if you wish and we guarantee every book sold is "as described." Although most of our books are out-of-print, we do stock occasional new titles as well.
We are also the home of the two-volume Weathervane Catalog Set, a group of 11 very rare, original catalogs from 19th-century weathervane makers. These catalogs have never been re-printed, and include scarce makers. Over 600 pages are contained on two discs, or in a two volume spiral bound set. Fully illustrated. Each
is complete and utilizes high resolution scanning and Adobe software.
They are fully searchable, photographs can be significantly enlarged,
and they can be printed.
We have thousands of books and an extensive selection of auction catalogs that are not currently listed on the website.

We exhibit at about 10 major antique shows annually. Although we do not have an open shop, our books can be found at the York Antiques Gallery in York, Maine. .
